Heal Your Life with Tapping and Meditation

welcome

…to one mind live – a free and open access wealth of guided tapping and meditation to original music – for your listening and evolving pleasure…

about us

We started in 2014 as a live group meditation site – offering weekly guided meditations, tapping and original music to paying members. Originally a creation of Stephen Fearnley (composer), Naomi Janzen (tapping) and Naomi Carling (meditation guide), we transformed after the first three years when Naomi Carling left to pursue other projects and we began welcoming a variety of meditation guides to join us each week. On our 5th birthday, with 222 broadcasts under our belt, we decided to open up to the general public and remove the paywall so that everyone could enjoy the vast bounty we’d created.

features

Each meditation session is archived in the Listening Room for easy access. Naomi Janzen, Stephen Fearnley and a Special Guest Guide co-host pre-session chat podcast, a tap-along session and then a group meditation.
With a variety of guides – professional and ordinary people alike (meditation by the people for the people), the Listening Room offers a style for every taste!

The Meditations

These mediations are POWERFUL so please do not listen to them while driving. Get comfortable, in any position that works for you, and just let yourself be taken on a journey of transformation…

Preparing

Each session begins with a ten minute Tapping, or EFT, session led by Naomi Janzen to put you in the zone for getting the most out of the meditation to come. Unless you’re already very familiar with Tapping, you’ll want to check out Naomi’s introduction to this wonderful technique by going to this page for a helpful how-to-video. If you want more in depth information, you can find that on Naomi’s personal page by clicking here or navigating there via the Your Hosts tab above.
In addition, check out the Tap-Along Audio in the Bonuses section. A new 10 minute tapping session from the archives is added each week!

EFT tapping

Accessible from the tab above, you can now enjoy 27/7 streaming MUSIC from all our meditations.
Experience the peace, tranquility, presence and alignment of our meditations by listening to Stephen’s original music – any time and anywhere you have an Internet connection. Allow your subconscious mind to flood you with good feelings while driving, doing chores, working, relaxing – anything you want to infuse with peace.

Ancestors Rising – by Stephen Fearnley

A lot of research has been coming out lately about inheriting the memories of our forbears and how they might be affecting positively or negatively our genetic and psychological make up. This research goes way deeper than just the expression of body shape, facial similarities, hair and eye colour – it is investigating how we receive the experiential memories of our ancestors and therefore passing on our own memories to our own children. Just google “transgenerational epigenetic inheritance” and you’ll find a host of articles. This month’s composition Ancestors Rising was inspired by the recent and particularly strong sensation of the presence of my Grandmother Amy – who died in 1987. Over the years she has “popped” in and out in ways that are synchronistic (e.g.: Thinking of her and someone on the TV saying her name – simple things like that) to the physical sensation of her in the room with me, the smell of her favourite flower – gardenias, even when there are none flowering – as well as her touching me on the hand or shoulder. On many occasions, when in a meditational state, I’ve traveled in my mind’s eye to places, landscapes, seen faces, and hadAncestors Rising – by Stephen Fearnley

Excited By Our 100th Broadcast – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Apr 29, 2016 It’s a numbers game and we’re thrilled to find ourselves at cool 100 after almost two years of weekly live meditation broadcasts. So, naturally, we examine why that number has meaning for us. Why 100 and not 97? Do numbers have vibrations? Is it about looking forward or about looking backwards? It comes down to time. We each have our own take on the meaning of time, accomplishments, measurements of success – and how it feels to be here… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. Beyond Karma – by Stephen Fearnley

Image: Heather Lee, Gyuto Monks of Tibet & Kim Cunio in studio 227 (photo: Geoff Wood) I highly recommend you drop what you’re doing and go to the Radio National ( Australian ABC ) website link and download /podcast the article “ Beyond Karma , Beyond Chant “ and listen ! http://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/rhythmdivine/beyond-karma,-beyond-chant/7322580 Here you will find the most engaging radio article Ive heard in a very long time : the musical journey of Kim Cunio, Heather Lee , the Gyuto Monks of Tibet and the making of a most astonishing album called “Beyond Karma” ( I grabbed mine off ITunes ). There are so many levels, sonic and cosmological going-off here I really don’t know where to start. Its a “mash up” – a term used by the presenter of the radio show – but what a mash up ! I am only familiar with the use of that term when referring to DJ trance remixes. However ‘mash up’ in the case of this beautiful collaboration isn’t actually a mash up- there is no mashing going on in the slightest. It is a very conscious coming together of western and eastern cultures- combining the astonishing drone-prayers of the monks withBeyond Karma – by Stephen Fearnley

The Joy Of A Morning Practice – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Apr 22, 2016 Morning Mindfulness practices past and present…How many of us begin the day with ‘blah!’ running out the door with our big to-do list, stress and our thoughts everywhere else but here. In this session, we explore some tools on how to bring mindfulness and sweetness to the beginning of the day, that spread to the rest of the day. Marianne Williamson’s prayer “Illuminata” features as one of these tools and Steve and Naomi J share how to shift and raise your vibration to feel the cellular buzz… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing.
