Heal Your Life with Tapping and Meditation

welcome

…to one mind live – a free and open access wealth of guided tapping and meditation to original music – for your listening and evolving pleasure…

about us

We started in 2014 as a live group meditation site – offering weekly guided meditations, tapping and original music to paying members. Originally a creation of Stephen Fearnley (composer), Naomi Janzen (tapping) and Naomi Carling (meditation guide), we transformed after the first three years when Naomi Carling left to pursue other projects and we began welcoming a variety of meditation guides to join us each week. On our 5th birthday, with 222 broadcasts under our belt, we decided to open up to the general public and remove the paywall so that everyone could enjoy the vast bounty we’d created.

features

Each meditation session is archived in the Listening Room for easy access. Naomi Janzen, Stephen Fearnley and a Special Guest Guide co-host pre-session chat podcast, a tap-along session and then a group meditation.
With a variety of guides – professional and ordinary people alike (meditation by the people for the people), the Listening Room offers a style for every taste!

The Meditations

These mediations are POWERFUL so please do not listen to them while driving. Get comfortable, in any position that works for you, and just let yourself be taken on a journey of transformation…

Preparing

Each session begins with a ten minute Tapping, or EFT, session led by Naomi Janzen to put you in the zone for getting the most out of the meditation to come. Unless you’re already very familiar with Tapping, you’ll want to check out Naomi’s introduction to this wonderful technique by going to this page for a helpful how-to-video. If you want more in depth information, you can find that on Naomi’s personal page by clicking here or navigating there via the Your Hosts tab above.
In addition, check out the Tap-Along Audio in the Bonuses section. A new 10 minute tapping session from the archives is added each week!

EFT tapping

Accessible from the tab above, you can now enjoy 27/7 streaming MUSIC from all our meditations.
Experience the peace, tranquility, presence and alignment of our meditations by listening to Stephen’s original music – any time and anywhere you have an Internet connection. Allow your subconscious mind to flood you with good feelings while driving, doing chores, working, relaxing – anything you want to infuse with peace.

Dealing With Negative People – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Jun 10, 2016 It’s a term that gets thrown around alot – “I can’t deal with negative people” – but in this pre-session we take a closer look at what it really means to us to deal with so-called “negative people”, what is really going on in us that makes it hard to do it and what is really going on in us that makes us perceive the negativity we see in others. That’s the complex part, which we spend some time considering before getting to the nitty gritty of how to actually deal with negative people. Listen in to get some positive info on this subject… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. Honoring Our Second Birthday – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Jun 3, 2016 We hear those words “love, honor and cherish” and “act honorably” and “honorable discharge” and the word “honor” (or, here in Australia “honour”) and don’t often reflect on what it really means so we do that in today’s pre-session. Just in time to honor our 2nd birthday in a way that is mindful of the meaning of the word. To find out what that meaning entails for us, listen to this pre-session now and celebrate with us!…. Shambhala – by Stephen Fearnley

“For many, the most symbolic aspect of a mountain is the peak because it is believed that it is closest to heaven or other religious worlds”   This painting by Nicolas Roerich was the starting point for this month’s composer’s choice. Its called Vanishing Ice and if you google search his images you will find a huge list of paintings by this enigmatic artist. Roerich is a complex character being an adventurer, a spiritualist, a writer, an archaeologist and painter. He moved in high political circles in the  USA, UK and India and was connected to the theosophical movement and produced a vast amount of magnificent oil paintings in the field , travelling extensively through the Himalayas, India and the rest of the world. He spoke many languages and wrote a book called Shambhala ( not to mention the set designs for Dhiagelev, the setting up of art and yoga schools in New York and perhaps a spot of spying…) Shambhala is a mythical kingdom from Tibetan and Hindu Tradition – mythical in italics because in the modern sense the word implies not real ~ Shambhala points to many cultures’ stories of a place where enlightened humans have created aShambhala – by Stephen Fearnley

When Reverence Is Hard To Feel – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast May 27, 2016 What do you revere? Does reverence seem hierarchical to you? Do you avoid it or seek out the feeling? Some of us try to feel it but can’t. Today we discuss the whole idea of reverence, what it brings to our lives and our spiritual practice and how to access the feeling…and the angel in Stephen’s mother-in-law’s dementia ward that seems to have reverence down to an art.
