Heal Your Life with Tapping and Meditation

welcome

…to one mind live – a free and open access wealth of guided tapping and meditation to original music – for your listening and evolving pleasure…

about us

We started in 2014 as a live group meditation site – offering weekly guided meditations, tapping and original music to paying members. Originally a creation of Stephen Fearnley (composer), Naomi Janzen (tapping) and Naomi Carling (meditation guide), we transformed after the first three years when Naomi Carling left to pursue other projects and we began welcoming a variety of meditation guides to join us each week. On our 5th birthday, with 222 broadcasts under our belt, we decided to open up to the general public and remove the paywall so that everyone could enjoy the vast bounty we’d created.

features

Each meditation session is archived in the Listening Room for easy access. Naomi Janzen, Stephen Fearnley and a Special Guest Guide co-host pre-session chat podcast, a tap-along session and then a group meditation.
With a variety of guides – professional and ordinary people alike (meditation by the people for the people), the Listening Room offers a style for every taste!

The Meditations

These mediations are POWERFUL so please do not listen to them while driving. Get comfortable, in any position that works for you, and just let yourself be taken on a journey of transformation…

Preparing

Each session begins with a ten minute Tapping, or EFT, session led by Naomi Janzen to put you in the zone for getting the most out of the meditation to come. Unless you’re already very familiar with Tapping, you’ll want to check out Naomi’s introduction to this wonderful technique by going to this page for a helpful how-to-video. If you want more in depth information, you can find that on Naomi’s personal page by clicking here or navigating there via the Your Hosts tab above.
In addition, check out the Tap-Along Audio in the Bonuses section. A new 10 minute tapping session from the archives is added each week!

Accessible from the tab above, you can now enjoy 27/7 streaming MUSIC from all our meditations.
Experience the peace, tranquility, presence and alignment of our meditations by listening to Stephen’s original music – any time and anywhere you have an Internet connection. Allow your subconscious mind to flood you with good feelings while driving, doing chores, working, relaxing – anything you want to infuse with peace.

The VOID in Art, Music and Meditation – by Stephen Fearnley

When you do an image search in google for the word “VOID” you get a plethora of black holes and nasty vortices . “The Void in Art” is even more apocalyptic. It seems to indicate that the idea of “ nothingness” is a scary place to go- that “the space” always needs to be filled… In Art we call it negative space and in music it’s referred to as silence or the pause or the absence of noise. In Meditation its called antar mouna – The stillness of a calm mind. This months’s composer’s choice ‘Sapphire’ is all about the void. Its like musical facets of light and reflections appearing out of white space or silence. I’ve imagined a misty world with nature emerging from the whiteness, much like a chinese calligraphic landscape. In the East – the white background is the negative space or VOID. It is a representation of nothingness or the place from which all forms emerge. Its a way of illustrating a cosmological point of view- as well as simply making a beautiful picture. There is also a rhythm in this composition that refers  to a Shishi Odoshi – a Japanese bamboo garden feature which whenThe VOID in Art, Music and Meditation – by Stephen Fearnley

Stopping The Black Snake – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 28, 2016 Naomi C came in today with news about the situation in South Dakota and we got political. Have you heard about what the Sioux people are trying to stop? It’s not something being covered by major media – and yet indigenous leaders from all over the world have traveled to South Dakota to lend their support to a very important cause…one that eventually, in some way, affects all of us. Sometimes, you have to get political.. About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. How Many Love Languages Do You Speak? – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 21, 2016 Feeling unloved? Unappreciated? Getting accused of not being loving? It might just be that you and your loved ones are speaking different love languages, according to author Gary Chapman. The two Naomi’s blow Stephen’s mind with this ground-breaking (ten year old) information and lots of laughter and humorous dismay ensue as Steve realizes how many years of woe he could have avoided by knowing all this stuff way back when. Fun and, hopefully, informative so listen in and please let us know in the comments below what you think of the whole subject…. Distracted By Your Brain Screen? – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 14, 2016 If your day involves a regular public transport commute, you’ve no doubt witnessed the phenomenon of every head down, every pair of eyes around you focused downward on a handheld screen. Today we discuss what it means and why the sight can be disturbing to us – and look at how this relates to our general addiction to distraction.
