Heal Your Life with Tapping and Meditation

welcome

…to one mind live – a free and open access wealth of guided tapping and meditation to original music – for your listening and evolving pleasure…

about us

We started in 2014 as a live group meditation site – offering weekly guided meditations, tapping and original music to paying members. Originally a creation of Stephen Fearnley (composer), Naomi Janzen (tapping) and Naomi Carling (meditation guide), we transformed after the first three years when Naomi Carling left to pursue other projects and we began welcoming a variety of meditation guides to join us each week. On our 5th birthday, with 222 broadcasts under our belt, we decided to open up to the general public and remove the paywall so that everyone could enjoy the vast bounty we’d created.

features

Each meditation session is archived in the Listening Room for easy access. Naomi Janzen, Stephen Fearnley and a Special Guest Guide co-host pre-session chat podcast, a tap-along session and then a group meditation.
With a variety of guides – professional and ordinary people alike (meditation by the people for the people), the Listening Room offers a style for every taste!

The Meditations

These mediations are POWERFUL so please do not listen to them while driving. Get comfortable, in any position that works for you, and just let yourself be taken on a journey of transformation…

Preparing

Each session begins with a ten minute Tapping, or EFT, session led by Naomi Janzen to put you in the zone for getting the most out of the meditation to come. Unless you’re already very familiar with Tapping, you’ll want to check out Naomi’s introduction to this wonderful technique by going to this page for a helpful how-to-video. If you want more in depth information, you can find that on Naomi’s personal page by clicking here or navigating there via the Your Hosts tab above.
In addition, check out the Tap-Along Audio in the Bonuses section. A new 10 minute tapping session from the archives is added each week!

EFT tapping

Accessible from the tab above, you can now enjoy 27/7 streaming MUSIC from all our meditations.
Experience the peace, tranquility, presence and alignment of our meditations by listening to Stephen’s original music – any time and anywhere you have an Internet connection. Allow your subconscious mind to flood you with good feelings while driving, doing chores, working, relaxing – anything you want to infuse with peace.

Busting The Martyr – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 7, 2016 We love a good group CRINGE here at One Mind Live! There was lots of it going around as we dared ourselves to tackle the topic of martyrdom. Exploring all its iterations – from the religious to the ridiculous – we showed no fear as we busted ourselves (and our mothers) in relation to this icky, tricky subject. How about you? Have you played the martyr or been played by a martyr? Have a listen and then tell us about it below… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. A Meditation In D Minor – by Stephen Fearnley

We are so overstimulated by our technologies that we are not getting enough deep thinking time A lot of people associate minor music with sadness and they’d be right. But the tempo of a minor tune if raised, can sound happy like REM’s “Losing My Religion” – the structure and lyrics are sad but you dance along all the same. Its when you bring the tempo down and stretch the notes and repeat interlocking phrases with instruments such as strings and doleful angelic-voices and guitars that you get a weaving of sounds that can deliver what seems clearly more soul-searching and even melancholic. I like the word melancholy. I’ve never associated it with real sadness. It’s like what Victor Hugo says about it: Melancholy is the happiness of being sad. Its the pleasure and soothing quality of slow or minor key music that creates a deeper expansive place for contemplation. Of course the last thing I want to do is plop our One Mind Live members into a nose dive of misery !  I hope in this case “ Meditation in D minor ” I have the mix right… The repeating guitar riff is always climbing – so thats theA Meditation In D Minor – by Stephen Fearnley

A Black Moon And End Of Days – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Sep 30, 2016 Today’s a black moon! Since we’d never heard that term before, we had to look it up — and wow, was there a lot of interesting info. Some of it was positive and some was…kind of creepy actually. As usually, we sorted our way through it (similar to the way the End of Days predictions imagine the “goodies” being sorted from the “baddies”) to arrive at something useful and came up with what to do at this special “black moon” time and how to maximize the energies and opportunities being presented… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. The Flavors Of Fear – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Sep 23, 2016 We couldn’t believe we’d never talked about fear in a pre-session so we decided to rectify that with this one. It’s such a broad topic that we barely scratched the surface. We did have a lot of fun, though. Why is it that the most serious or fraught topics bring out the clown in us? (Not the scary clowns under the bed that still give Steve and Naomi C the shivers). Listen in as we look at all the ways we experience fear, all the things that inspire fear, whether we’re small or fully grown. Does one of these affect you?… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing.
