Heal Your Life with Tapping and Meditation

welcome

…to one mind live – a free and open access wealth of guided tapping and meditation to original music – for your listening and evolving pleasure…

about us

We started in 2014 as a live group meditation site – offering weekly guided meditations, tapping and original music to paying members. Originally a creation of Stephen Fearnley (composer), Naomi Janzen (tapping) and Naomi Carling (meditation guide), we transformed after the first three years when Naomi Carling left to pursue other projects and we began welcoming a variety of meditation guides to join us each week. On our 5th birthday, with 222 broadcasts under our belt, we decided to open up to the general public and remove the paywall so that everyone could enjoy the vast bounty we’d created.

features

Each meditation session is archived in the Listening Room for easy access. Naomi Janzen, Stephen Fearnley and a Special Guest Guide co-host pre-session chat podcast, a tap-along session and then a group meditation.
With a variety of guides – professional and ordinary people alike (meditation by the people for the people), the Listening Room offers a style for every taste!

The Meditations

These mediations are POWERFUL so please do not listen to them while driving. Get comfortable, in any position that works for you, and just let yourself be taken on a journey of transformation…

Preparing

Each session begins with a ten minute Tapping, or EFT, session led by Naomi Janzen to put you in the zone for getting the most out of the meditation to come. Unless you’re already very familiar with Tapping, you’ll want to check out Naomi’s introduction to this wonderful technique by going to this page for a helpful how-to-video. If you want more in depth information, you can find that on Naomi’s personal page by clicking here or navigating there via the Your Hosts tab above.
In addition, check out the Tap-Along Audio in the Bonuses section. A new 10 minute tapping session from the archives is added each week!

EFT tapping

Accessible from the tab above, you can now enjoy 27/7 streaming MUSIC from all our meditations.
Experience the peace, tranquility, presence and alignment of our meditations by listening to Stephen’s original music – any time and anywhere you have an Internet connection. Allow your subconscious mind to flood you with good feelings while driving, doing chores, working, relaxing – anything you want to infuse with peace.

What Does “The Bachelorette” Have to Do With Love? – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 16, 2015 No one can accuse us here at One Mind Live of not keeping up with popular culture! In this pre-session we take a look at current Australian TV phenom “reality” show, “The Bachelorette” and discuss what it has to do with love – if anything (and you might be surprised) – and whether it’s helpful or harmful to impressionable minds (like Naomi Janzen’s) and who’s watching… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. How To Be The Light – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 9, 2015 Become the Light – Part 2! It’s such a huge topic we just had to dip our toes in it again. This time, we talk about what “the Light” means to use each individually, when and how we’ve experienced it and what the effects were. After listening, we’d love you tell us below what your experience of the Light has been… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. Ego Versus The Light – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Oct 2, 2015 Become the Light. Simple, right? Just because we consciously love the idea, doesn’t mean we don’t struggle internally with the concept. Especially when fear arises. So, where does this fear come from and why, oh why, would we be anything but enthusiastic from head to toe at the chance to become Love? As many ways as there are of actually expanding into Light, are reasons the ego doesn’t want us to. In this pre-session we look at why… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. Cherry Blossoms – by Stephen Fearnley

The inspiration for this month’s Composer’s Choice music download was unavoidable – it’s spring here and the blossoms are out. Gazillions of them. And I’m looking at my orchard and thinking: Goodness me what a lot of fruit is on its way!  Pears, apples, cherries and peaches. So much to do, I’m going to have to learn how to preserve and bottle them, maybe I’ll just take my share and leave the rest to the birds and the worms to replenish the soil…Maybe I’ll just sit here instead and compose some music for One Mind Live… There are a few elements worth mentioning about this month’s music, aptly called “Cherry Blossoms”. It’s unabashedly Asian-sounding – which forms a large part of my musical and visual aesthetic anyway (a psychic once told me that this life was my ‘first western incarnation’ and I thought at the time, “No wonder I love sushi so much!”). However that could explain the reccurring lucid dreams I’ve had since childhood, of living in a Tibetan monastery….hmmmm, but that’s another story… I always start a composition for OML by sourcing my mood or state. I can never compose when distracted or grumpy, though I can oftenCherry Blossoms – by Stephen Fearnley
