A Bit About Affirmations – Pre-Session
This episode was originally broadcast Nov 6, 2015 Okay, let’s be honest here. Have you ever whipped out your shadow at a dinner party? (FYI Steve says “Don’t do it”)…Lots of big laughs during this pre-session as we discussed affirmations, afformations and active labour. What does your shadow and whipping it out at a dinner party – or dragging your muffler on the ground – have to do with any of that, you ask? Tune in to find out…. About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. Playing The Heart Drum – by Stephen Fearnley
The music I’ve called “Heart Drum” came about as an exploration into my ancestors, namely the side of my family where I get the name Fearnley. The making of this music was primarily a journey into myself to connect with two people in particular – my lovely father Jim and his mum, my beloved grandmother, Theresa. Both these people were all heart. They simply LOVED, unconditionally. Deep, deep beauty – the honest heart, the unguarded innocent and the unwavering friend. By making this music, I connect with them and say hello. It’s an invocation as well as a gift of love I send them. It’s a bridge where we can both cross and meet halfway. I’ve always liked the idea of ancestors – that we can connect with them, ask for help, ask for advice, have a chat. But in western culture it’s seen as superstitious even though the pre-christian era European had a similar and intense relationship with their ancestors – much like the Chinese do today, an age-old sensibility and practice which simply hasn’t gone away… I also see ancestor connection as a way of sourcing information – activating pockets of memory within us that have come throughPlaying The Heart Drum – by Stephen Fearnley
Birth, Death and a Super Moon Boost – Pre-Session
This episode was originally broadcast Oct 30, 2015 This recent Super Moon was all about birth! So it’s kind of perfect that Naomi Carling’s new baby is due to arrive any day – and just as perfect in another way that Naomi Janzen’s 86 year old father is due any day to cross over to the other side, completing his journey in this life and to be reborn into a freer energetic state. Just like Stephen Fearnley’s dad did a couple of years ago. Today he used his freer energetic state to take over Stephen’s computer so that when Stephen sat down this morning to choose the music for today’s meditation broadcast, the obvious choice was already playing… Have you felt the presence of someone close to you who has crossed over? Have they ever taken over your computer? Listen to our pre-session and find out what Mr. Fearnley Sr. chose… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trendsBirth, Death and a Super Moon Boost – Pre-Session
Full Moon, Esther Hicks and Triggers – Pre-Session
This episode was originally broadcast Oct 23, 2015 This one zigged and zagged! Naomi Carling started us off talking about the upcoming full moon and how it may affect your intimate relationships (ending some of them abruptly!), and that led to a discussion about the things that trigger us. Then that led to…okay, so there was no elegant transition. Naomi J just wanted to talk about her recent experience seeing Esther Hicks in Sydney and one very beautiful message she took away from that… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing.
