Soul Clusters, Time Warps and the Cosmic Buzz with Laura Robinson – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Nov 10, 2017 Another great meditation this week with Laura Robinson. Naomi and Laura chat about how years ago they formed a sacred Monday night “soul cluster” of awesome GF’s who were there for each other discussing relationships, philosophy, ideas and group therapy… ‘holding down the four corners of the world’. Stephen thinks they were ‘cookin’ up the shape of things to come.” Then of course there’s the time warp topic, that reality is rubbery and that things are not quite the same as they used to be… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. Taking Your Power Back – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Sept 15, 2017 In this, our second of four One Mind Live journeys with JJ Flizanes, she talks about how helping us “take back the power” in our bodies, gets us better at taking back the power in our relationships, career and life in general. Our Special Guest Empowerment Strategist goes on to describe the role of intuition in her work with clients and explains that learning to understand what your body is saying when it speaks to you is key to unlocking the Law of Attraction. Bringing body, mind and soul into alignment to master the mystical mechanics of the body through practices like meditation helps us regulate the emotions that drive every choice we make, from what to eat to how to move to how to be in a higher vibration… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. The Crap That Happens For a Reason – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast July 21, 2017 You will have to listen to this week’s Pre-Session chat with Celina Tonkin to find out what prompted Celina to say “Naomi and Stephen, you really mucked it up!” And we did. Boy, did we. But we learned from it and that’s what matters. Which is what, ultimately, this chat was all about. As Celina put it, to quote her again (because she’s so darn quotable!), “The biggest gifts in life come in very ugly packages”. And Steve and I agree. No matter how bad something was, there was always a gift of some kind in it – and hardly ever any indication from the ugly wrapping that ANYTHING good could come out of it, let alone a life-shift. Of course, with Tapper Celina in the Guest chair this month, we talk about how to use EFT to unwrap that package so the blessings inside can be revealed… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personallyThe Crap That Happens For a Reason – Pre-Session

This is because our Special Guest Meditation Guide for July IS one. So how did a nice introvert like Celina end up leading meditations for One Mind Live? Listen as we find out how Celina not only explains introversion but explains how to go with its unique flow…waiting for the right person to ask…… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing.
