The Elixir by Stephen Fearnley

“The usual hero adventure begins with someone from whom something has been taken, or who feels there is something lacking in the normal experience available or permitted to the members of society. The person then takes off on a series of adventures beyond the ordinary, either to recover what has been lost or to discover some life-giving elixir. It’s usually a cycle, a coming and a returning.”  Joseph Campbell, The Hero With a Thousand Faces According to Joseph Campbell the elixir is a treasure to benefit yourself and others but you have to travel to the “un-ordinary” world to get it. The Elixir could be an idea, a skill, a wisdom, a new realisation, a message from the future or a message from the past, from other timelines or from some past life or ancestor.….anything really that wells up from your centre into the light of your awareness. This elixir has always been there with you and for you. And there is always more than one elixir. Maybe you have known about it since you were little. Maybe its only now being revealed because you are ready to receive it. The elixir could also present itself as a symbol or colourThe Elixir by Stephen Fearnley

Wibbly-Wobbly, Timey-Wimey-Stuff by Stephen Fearnley

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a nonlinear, non-subjective viewpoint, it’s more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey… stuff. The Tenth Doctor Who This month’s Ten Minute meditation is all about slowing down time…so you have more of it! Its a playful meditation (a shorter version of the 20 minute weekly meditation) and is aimed at loosening your restrictions about how you perceive and move through time. If you think you have more of it, then you will probably feel more relaxed about things! We all know time is relative. Sometimes it drags ,sometimes it speeds along. We also (supposedly) operate in a 3D world negotiating TIME which is (supposedly) 4D. No wonder it gets away from us! I have been using the imagery in this meditation for years and its my go-to if I’m feeling overwhelmed by simple day to day stuff: It’s a good lunch-break meditation! I hope you enjoy the extra space it gives you. Steve     Stephen Fearnley is an award-winning filmmaker, artist and composer. Ants and the Morphogenic Field – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Feb 17, 2016 Ever tried to fly-wrangle? Negotiate with ants? Mind-meld with a dog? Listen to this week’s pre-session chat to learn how we’ve been doing all these things and more – including how Naomi C teaches people to tune in to the field that allows these strange activities to take place. We’re all radios…all we have to do is turn the dials! About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. Tis The Eclipse Season To Be Jolly – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Feb 10, 2016 Each year, eclipse season begins in February and lasts until some time in August. We start of with a lunar eclipse which introduces all kinds of chaos and change and upheaval which may not feel positive, but which serves to shake out and shake off what’s no longer serving your highest good – so it’s very positive (even if the only positive you can feel while in the spill is the awareness that this too shall pass). In this pre-session Naomi C shares an in depth look at what this all means and what to expect as it plays out – but most importantly, how to align with it so that you can experience its transitions as easily as possible. Listen to hear all of this and find out why the earth is singing a little more loudly than ever… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing.Tis The Eclipse Season To Be Jolly – Pre-Session
