This episode was originally broadcast Sept 29, 2017 In our last week with JJ Flizanes we continue the conversation about manifestation by looking at one of the most important aspects: contrast! Listen in to learn how JJ suggests we use the experience of what we don’t want as a way to help us decide what we do want. Hear how important it is to feel grateful for the uncomfortable, the awful and the yucky – in order to transform the pain into possibility… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically. Taking Your Power Back – Pre-Session
This episode was originally broadcast Sept 15, 2017 In this, our second of four One Mind Live journeys with JJ Flizanes, she talks about how helping us “take back the power” in our bodies, gets us better at taking back the power in our relationships, career and life in general. Our Special Guest Empowerment Strategist goes on to describe the role of intuition in her work with clients and explains that learning to understand what your body is saying when it speaks to you is key to unlocking the Law of Attraction. Bringing body, mind and soul into alignment to master the mystical mechanics of the body through practices like meditation helps us regulate the emotions that drive every choice we make, from what to eat to how to move to how to be in a higher vibration… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. Wibbly-Wobbly, Timey-Wimey-Stuff by Stephen Fearnley
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a nonlinear, non-subjective viewpoint, it’s more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey… stuff. The Tenth Doctor Who This month’s Ten Minute meditation is all about slowing down time…so you have more of it! Its a playful meditation (a shorter version of the 20 minute weekly meditation) and is aimed at loosening your restrictions about how you perceive and move through time. If you think you have more of it, then you will probably feel more relaxed about things! We all know time is relative. Sometimes it drags ,sometimes it speeds along. We also (supposedly) operate in a 3D world negotiating TIME which is (supposedly) 4D. No wonder it gets away from us! I have been using the imagery in this meditation for years and its my go-to if I’m feeling overwhelmed by simple day to day stuff: It’s a good lunch-break meditation! I hope you enjoy the extra space it gives you. Steve Stephen Fearnley is an award-winning filmmaker, artist and composer.
