The Relevance Of Ancestors – Pre-Session

This episode was originally broadcast Apr 15, 2016

Stephen’s music for today’s OML meditation is “Ancestors Rising” so it was a natural topic to address. He’s been feeling his grandmother around him lately and wanted to honor her. This sparked a discussion about the nature, relevance and attitudes towards ancestors – from modern times to indigenous cultures. Do you feel your ancestors are important to you or are they faces in an album, names in the uppermost slots of the family tree diagram, distant contributors of DNA? Or do you feel they’ve got your back in the here and now? Click to hear what we think…

About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically.
