I am an advocate for simplicity and mindfulness + finding peace within. When we have these things we are then able to open our hearts and experience joy – the purpose of life!
Helping my clients, I do this through offering natural solutions to support their physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.
I love to teach individuals and classes of people (either in person or online) who want support with anxiety, stress, sleep problems, digestive issues, tension, pain and other common issues.
Using essential oils in conjunction with my intuitive and mindset coaching skills I am able to help my clients develop their own individual practice to lead them towards self-love through self-care (something we all lack)
When we begin to take note and be aware of our physical bodies we can stop our constant thought pattern for a moment and ask ourselves “What do I need?”
This process brings us back to our body and our feelings =
intuition + knowing + wisdom
Armed with this wisdom we can then give ourselves the love and care we need and desire.
Some of the tools I teach are: incorporating essential oils into our daily life; meditation; journalling and mindfulness.
When you have the knowledge + support, you can make the changes ~ it’s that simple!
This meditation teaches us about having an inner knowing that all is well in your world. Sometimes we can feel as though we are all alone without support, and yet if we connect to our inner self through meditation we can discover that we are able to trust in the knowing that we are always being supported, even if we don’t always know how.
Often it is in the trusting, when we don’t know how or why, that we find peace of mind and comfort.
