Okay this is not a pre-session because we are no longer recording new meditations – but we ARE going to start randomly podcasting when struck with inspiration or in need of inspiration or just because we want to have a chinwag. THIS IS THE FIRST! Inspired by Naomi’s surprising experience of the eclipse of April 2024 which she didn’t get to see because she is in Australia but she is pretty sure it AFFECTED her (and not the head cold she has which you can hear in her voice) nonetheless.
