Many of us end our work each evening feeling mentally and physically exhausted, and either disappointed with what we didn’t do or fixated on what we need to do first thing tomorrow.

But we all need downtime to relax and recharge. And we all deserve time to focus solely on the parts of our lives that have nothing to do with productivity and achievement. We deserve to have space to enjoy our friends, family, passions, and hobbies.

This short guided meditation will help you let go of the day that’s passed so you can head into the night with a sense of ease and presence. Take this time for you so can you enjoy the rest of the night in front of you.
